Today, we are going to make a cake with raspberry, plazma (biscuits), and chocolate. The difficulty of making this cake is medium, not too hard so you can’t mess it up a lot. But still, not that is for beginners in the kitchen.
It takes proximity 90 minutes to finish it, but unfortunately, you can’t eat it till tomorrow if you want to experience the true taste of this cake. So, let’s begin…
300 g vanilla whipped cream
400 ml of mineral water
1/2 l of yogurt
200 g powdered sugar
2 cups sour cream
100 g of margarine
300 g ground Lane, also known as Plazma (biscuit)
400 g raspberries
Two bags of gelatin
50 g of chocolate
150 g of chocolate
2 packs of chocolate whipped cream
50 ml chocolate liqueur
Put whipped cream in a deeper pan, then whisk it with mineral water. Add yogurt, powdered sugar, and sour cream, and combine everything.
Separate 1/3 of the obtained mixture and add the prepared gelatin to the rest of the filling. Then divide the filling with gelatin into two parts.
In 1/3 (separate) filling, add 100 g of melted (and cooled) margarine and ground plasma. Combine well and form a crust in the mold with the hoop (size 28 cm).
In the other 1/3 of the filling (filling with gelatin), add raspberries, cut in half. Stir gently, then pour over the formed crust. Align.
Grate 50 g of chocolate into the rest of the filling and place over the raspberry filling. Align.
Melt 150 g of chocolate with oil, until the cake is thick enough. Cool the melted chocolate a little, then pour it over the cake and put it in the fridge to spend the night.
Tomorrow, take the cake out of the fridge, remove the hoop and coat it with chocolate whipped cream, to which chocolate liqueur has been added (reduce the amount of milk needed, and it says on the bag, by 50 ml). Decorate as desired.
